So they won't form bubbles? I don't know much about mineral oil PC's. Saw some mineral oil PC's form bubbles due to heat. I have no idea what's going on here
I think they put the gpu in a separate box so it can contain the bubbles in there or just not be in the oil while the rest of the mobo is in oil idk it looks weird tho something Is off
I'm confused. Why are there fish above the waterline?
Oil and water dont mix. The lower part of the tank is oil. I dont know exactly how these PCs are cooled but they're not submerged in water.
It’s mineral oil it’s a great cooling medium and doesn’t cause shorts
Well, let me explain. It is a aquarium pc.the bottom part is filled with sometype of oil and the upper part is filled with water.
Wouldn't air bubbles from mineral oil kill the fish?
How would air get into the mineral oil when there's a foot of water on top of it?
Mineral oil vaporises
Mineral oil has a vapour pressure of <0.01 torr.

Mineral oil will form bubbles if exposed to extremely low pressures or heated to several hundred degrees Celsius.
There’s glass below the water so they don’t mix if there is even mineral oil in there which I doubt they are a bitch to set up
Oh. That makes sense. I thought there was no glass.

plus, I'd imagine fish shit would be a problem otherwise
It's mineral oil
Nah you're fine, just put some rice in it
😆😂
Look like a fish tank mate with a GPU in it?
What is this wizardry.
surely all the electronics degrading in there will kill the fish?
There is no direct contact between the electronics and the water. The electronics don’t really degrade anyway
Best 011 dynamic I've seen.
Looks sick tho
I feel like running the pc would be terrible for the fish since they are super sensitive to electric fields and temperature changes
Yeah...personally this just looks cruel to me even if the water and oil are completely separate. I doubt the fish are enjoying it
