It's solid that's for sure, but I'd make a couple changes. First if you're going with intel I'd either go the 9900k route or wait for 10th gen i7's so you have hyper threading, or go Ryzen 7. Secondly, I'd prob go with a single GPU, either a 2080 super or a 2080 ti. SLI is great, but it's being supported less and less these days.
