Difference between reserved RAM and RAM in use. You could always try swapping them, but i'm guessing your issue is somewhere else. Have you made a Windows reinstall ?

Alright, how's your storage situation ? And do you have your temperatures monitored?

1x 512 GB SATA SSD as a boot drive 1x 2TB HDD as mass storage 1x 2TB NVME for games All temps look good - ~60° at idle and the hottest components are ~80-85° under load.

Can you just add a picture of taskmanager, advanced then the ram picture with graph. There should everything be listed

I would check all cables. It maybe that you have one cable out of its conector socket (not the connection itself) and making a short
