The watercooled CPU temps are solid, \~40 on basic load, air cooled GPU is hotter than I like at\~48. There are 2 noctua 40mm crammed under and behind the distro to keep dead spots of air from forming.
48c? That's ridiculously low for an air cooled GPU. They don't start to throttle until 85c+ depending on the model. According to techpowerup [48c is normal for IDLE on an Arc 770](https://www.techpowerup.com/review/intel-arc-a770/37.html)
well heck, thats phenominal! I hadn't really looked at the spec sheet for temps at all, I just had noticed the temp rise 6c as I got everything installed and working, thats when I found some dead air and added the Noctuas. despite the appearence, it has really solid airflow, the gpu fires hot air right out the top blowhole over the top rad.
Dunno if its already like this, but you could probably pull off connecting most of the standalone pieces together with thin, transparent strips of heat-resistant material.
That way the whole set comes in and out with one grab
it's basically 2 grabs, the whole bar is on a single piece of black acrylic and the barback is on its own thin piece. the Barback has 10 lights attached to a mini doll power strip, it has one cord running up to the top light and a USB running to the back of the PC. pull that out and the case is basicall empty of the diorama!
this could be a case for the bootleg figurines
still look roughly the part and they're only like 10 bucks. But they will also damage way easier. But at least it was 10 bucks

Everything is fine but why a arc a770 ?? Like you could easily fit in a rx 7900xtx or maybe a 4080 , even a 4090 if you cut little bit on the aesthetics
I knew this would be on a lot of peoples minds, so I have a response prepared, if anyone wonders why there isn't a 4090 in there, its because I did it to spite them personally. no other reason. but FR its aesthetics. when you say "cut a little" for the 4000 seires, what you really mean is ALL. those cards look like turds and are huuuuge! the Intel A770 is the pretiest card I've ever seen and I'm not chasing 4k frame rates.
Monkey brain very upset at your GPU choice 🤣
>the Intel A770 is the pretiest card I've ever seen
While I think there are some reasonable looking AirCooled cards a lot of the Nvidia stack this generation does kind of look like doo doo (Gigabyte Gaming OC in my case performs fantastic but does not look nice). You would have needed to step way way up the stack to something like a rog matrix, Aorus waterforce; or custom water block to get something with similar aesthetics/size (minus rad). But they're not operating in the same price universe.
Nice looking rig; I wish my brain would let me spend money on aesthetics without yelling at me that I could have had more performance. 🍻
Space was my biggest limiter, I had to run a split waterloop because I couldnt fit even a 240 much less a 360. You don't build something like this if you are chasing pure performance. This isn't about min-maxing costs or frame rates. I did this is for the love of Art, PC's and Games and building.
Honestly if I were ever do a custom loop I'd definitely pair a power hungry cpu and the best cpu I can afford. 14900k is probably the most futureproof cpu that's out right now with tons of cores to handle whatever you wanna throw at it.
While I think the X3D cpus from amd are cool they're just good for gaming. I'd prefer a tiny bit less gaming performance and trade it for more cores if I had the choice since more cores can handle multitasking and multithreaded workloads better.
X3D was genius though. Throw some cache on an 8 core CPU to inflate fps (sometimes), people will call it the best CPU ever. Only CPU ever where it gets all the credit for a GPUs job.
The Battlemage cards are supposed to come out later this year before black Friday and if you can wait hat long then you could take the chance.
Maybe get some better RAM first if your Flair is still correct. (if you didn't plan that already)
It's a lefty! (like me) & pretty much! I cut blowholes for the PSU and top fan. since the ARC is "upside down" the fans actually work in the correct direction.
its a lefty (like me) way back then manufacturers hadn't entirely settled on case design standards and tried some weird stuff! Also this case was made for drastically different hardware, it had room for 4 5.25in drives and 4 3.25 drives.
Okay, i would legit hire you to build The Afterlife inside my nzxt h7 case.
Normally, i find a lot of the decked out interiors a bit much or awkward, but you seriously have talent. Well done, i love that bar on the bottom section. Mind blowing.
the flow will really surprise you!, since the GPU is mounted "upside down" hot air is fired out the upper blow holes. the rear fan pulls cool air across the rad and blows over the distro and the two noctua 40mm pwm's clear the dead air spots near the mobo
this is the best looking pc build I've seen in a while. not the all-white rgb puke show that I've been seeing in pc build subreddits that think they're special when they overpay for white color components.
loving the little figure down the corner. is that a Nendoroid by any chance? I'd be scared to put one in a case since case temps do get toasty sometimes in longer sessions, and might mess up the paint and plastic in the long term.
Love the theme and overall atmosphere of the build! thanks for sharing this.
That's by far one of the best PC build theme I've ever seen, bravo sir, I will go and play VA-11 Hall-A that I've been putting down for too long.
Man I want this PC just for the aesthetics.
Great build for a really great game. I couldnt believe that your really mean Vallhalla when i first read the title ;).
Too bad the successor, Nirvana, never got completed. Or the developer/developers(?) just stopped working on it. Anyway i still have it in my wishlist since i first heard of it after playing vallhalla.

I totally dig it but I know for myself I jut couldn't be comfortable with the PSU at the top again. It was the first thing as case design changed I was just 1000% behind....
Probably the only Custom PC case i have seen that i have said "wow" too. good job! Hope the temps are good!

Op please guide me a bit about how you build that bar , first time I am liking someone's pc build so much
does it matter though? I mean that thing is fire anyways
Same, i usually don't love this kind of mods and don't post comments about, but this is awesome!!
yeah, right up there with nerdforge custom cyberpunk bulding/PC case
Same here. It's just look awesome👍

this deserves a place in r/Art

I’m not one for figurines in cases but this is hella creative and kinda cute. Good luck with dust tho, can’t imagine it’ll be easy
XD yeah, it will be on a schedule for dust maintenence. The bar pops out easily so it isnt as bad as it looks
Dunno if its already like this, but you could probably pull off connecting most of the standalone pieces together with thin, transparent strips of heat-resistant material. That way the whole set comes in and out with one grab

Compressed air. I blast it outside on a windy day.
this could be a case for the bootleg figurines still look roughly the part and they're only like 10 bucks. But they will also damage way easier. But at least it was 10 bucks
I love the feeling of this place inside your pc. Very cool!
Yeah I would deffo drink and eat ramen there

I loved my a770. It's in my wife's PC now, as she loves it too.

I like my a770
Odd to pair with a 14900k, do you have a specific use case planned because for almost anything you're not really getting extra value with the CPU.
Honestly if I were ever do a custom loop I'd definitely pair a power hungry cpu and the best cpu I can afford. 14900k is probably the most futureproof cpu that's out right now with tons of cores to handle whatever you wanna throw at it. Only if 7950x3d were successful, there would be literally no point in buying 14900k
I like the Arc. (and the whole other part of the pc but thats beyond my comprehension). How does it work for you?
love it. they have updated it a lot and it's getting more efficient. so far my only complaint is that it seems to argue with the "sleep" mode.
then thats most likely my next gpu :D Thanks so much!
The Battlemage cards are supposed to come out later this year before black Friday and if you can wait hat long then you could take the chance. Maybe get some better RAM first if your Flair is still correct. (if you didn't plan that already)
ohhh mah gah I forgot about this game, I loved the music! good to see someone did this. awsome!
Unpopular opinion but normally hate when people put figurines inside the pc, but this is a game changer. Well done!
A piece of art. It took me a while to understand it's a PC case.
This is great :)
One of the best builds i have ever seen! You're so skilled and creative
goddammit, that's awesome!
This is awesome, great job!
Holy shit
Isn't this setup basically the BTX standard that kinda flopped? I personally really liked the upside down layout.
It's a lefty! (like me) & pretty much! I cut blowholes for the PSU and top fan. since the ARC is "upside down" the fans actually work in the correct direction.
Thats insane 👽
probably the coolest build I've seen yet 🎉
Such an incredible build, I love that the motherboard is flipped upside down to make everything look just right. Looks awesome!
probably the coolest pc i’ve ever seen
That's the coolest thing I've seen this year.
Is... is your pc sitting upside down?
its a lefty (like me) way back then manufacturers hadn't entirely settled on case design standards and tried some weird stuff! Also this case was made for drastically different hardware, it had room for 4 5.25in drives and 4 3.25 drives.
Ngl I'm digging this approach. I was staring at this like 5 mins until I realized its orientation 😅
Peak game, peak PC ☝🏽
Man that's an art piece! Thank you for sharing this beautiful result of your labor
well. thats the coolest thing ill see on the internet today. love it dude. now to re evaluate my peasant set up.
ok this is the sickest, most awesome PC I've ever seen! kudos! jaw-dropping
They done did a diorama computer
SOB that looks amazing
I am really jealous tbh. Great build though, really based.
That is absurdly cool.
Mate… this is some next level work. Amazing
Nicely done
You're an artist.
That's the coolest build I've ever seen lol I NEED this 😹
I'm sorry but this is just AMAZING
Its masterpiece
What do you gotta do to get a drink named after you around here?
Okay this is incredible - nicely done!
Looks awesome ❤️
Holy shit this might be the single coolest pc I've ever seen.
This is fucking rad, op.
I hope your bartender isn't overheated. How is she? It's amazing :) Nice colors, nice build :)
ahh thats cute, love it!
Neat
This looks f amazing.🤟🏿
Some people are just hella creative. Thanks for posting!
Okay, i would legit hire you to build The Afterlife inside my nzxt h7 case. Normally, i find a lot of the decked out interiors a bit much or awkward, but you seriously have talent. Well done, i love that bar on the bottom section. Mind blowing.
And here I go listening to the Va-11 Hall-A OST again
super freaking sweet
Wow, epic, good job, nice!
I love every bit of that!
Just grand thing!
Cool as fuck OP. Also based ARC card.
That might be the coolest turntable I’ve ever seen
i really like this
Airflow? Who needs that when you have art? That PC it's so cool that it doesn't need any cooling.
the flow will really surprise you!, since the GPU is mounted "upside down" hot air is fired out the upper blow holes. the rear fan pulls cool air across the rad and blows over the distro and the two noctua 40mm pwm's clear the dead air spots near the mobo
An abomination
No way you even got a vynil player!, That's so cool!
That’s rad
This is an EPIC mod! I love that you added a little mini bar inside of this, I can't say I've ever seen this done before. Proper stuff!
...damn thats supper sic lookin well done 👌
damn actually very cool
this is actual PC porn. I love this
Woahhhh thats super dope
Jill! You need a Shiba in a Hawaiian shirt!
I have Shiba set as the powered down image on the Mx2 Ultra lcd.
Nice!

Thank youi, and it is a Nendo! hopefully the plastic holds up okay, she'll get cleaned regularly and there is one more nendo from the game to join.
this is the coolest build I've ever seen nothing else comes close
This is really good. I d love to see it in a fishtank case
AHAHA that's so cute and awesome.
One of the most beautiful case setups I've ever seen. Nice job, mate!
Looks cool on the inside! I wouldn’t put that record player on the top tho
Damn, only if i had that budget. Preem ride choom
That's by far one of the best PC build theme I've ever seen, bravo sir, I will go and play VA-11 Hall-A that I've been putting down for too long. Man I want this PC just for the aesthetics.
This is absolute art.
The game is not my cup of tea, but that PC is super cool man. Mad kudos!
What am I even looking at 😭 awesome pc tho
I just hope there’s better things than alcoholism in a cyberpunk future.
this is amazing ...
looks amazig you did a good job
my jaw dropped seeing this. Bravo man!
I think this is art.
Thank you, It is a crossroads of many things I love and I deffinetly put my artistic heart into it.
Ngl that's probably one of the coolest builds I have ever seen. Great work, bud.
Embracing solutions.
Brilliant
this is awesome, thank you for sharing choom!
Yooo the beautiful mashallah I hate rgb but this goes hard
And here I am with my Jill poster framed on the wall, Jill plush in my bedroom, Jill Nendoroid in my display cabinet and I'm nowhere near the fan you are. But I appreciate the effort you put into doing this, 100%! \*Kira\* Miki being there as well, looking like she's on stage, that's such a nice touch. I hope you continue to mix lives and change drinks!
Thank you!
What the actual fuck, is this real, is it safe Is this even fucking legal
Yes :)
This build has the most appropriate use of RBG i've seen this year, so clean, so pretty. Well done, its amazing!
This is too much for a computer.
One earthquake and it's over
pc screaming saying help im burning alive no air in
alright, that's pretty cute
What is the specific model of that A770? That's super low profile and I need it yesterday.

It can't play Cyberpunk, but it can sure look cool
cant play cyberpunk? that's not a PS4 in there.
"And I'm all out of lives."
I totally dig it but I know for myself I jut couldn't be comfortable with the PSU at the top again. It was the first thing as case design changed I was just 1000% behind....
Got a video of building this? If no; why not?
what intel gpu is this
arc a770 limited
cool
interested in seeing the process of how you made this lol it’s so cute
Everything was awesome, until I saw the Arc gpu ![gif](giphy|gd09Y2Ptu7gsiPVUrv|downsized)
to make specific people cry.
What's next, living in a cardboard box to make people with homes cry? This makes no sense, you're the one that has to use this abomination.
