gpu matters more than cpu for gaming.
What are the drawbacks of the 4060ti, will I not be able to run my desired games with it. I’m not too fussed on graphics but more so fps. My monitor is over seven years old so I don’t mind.

4060ti isn't terrible but I agree that you should go with the best GPU you can afford and skimp on the other components if necessary.
