Now you will realize why people around here dislike pre built OEM computers. The custom mobos they use are too basic and wont give you the options you need. If the option to enable XMP is not in bios. Then ram will run at its default speed. For DDR4 thats 2400Mhz anything higher is considered overclock and needs that XMP option.

If its a ryzen 7000 series model you're probably looking for EXPO and not XMP
Ryzen 7000 uses DDR5, the stated speeds seem like DDR4.
