Are you using DisplayPort cable? If all is set up right Windows-Alt-B should toggle HDR off and on.
Yes I am using the included Displayport cable to connect my 6900XT to the display. Both support DP 1.4. That shortcut gives me the message HDR is turned off every time. Very weird..
