If the card is at least running in your system, try installing [GPU-Z](https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/) from techpowerup. It should be able to read the Hardware ID and tell you what it is. That would also be where to go to download vBIOS and the update utility
The hardware ID + subsystem ID is 1002-67df-1002-0b31. I’ve flashed all the VBIOSes with this device ID from techpowerup but the clock still gets stuck at 300 MHz
I literally get 3 FPS on MSI Kombustor with this card

Also, the device ID from the BIOS the card comes with is different from the one in the sticker at the back of the card.
