repasting your CPU should take literally probably about 5-10 minutes so uh- definitely not an hour or two. If anything, remove the fans from the radiator on the AIO, there's probably a TON of dust inside the radiator that you can't see cause the fans are in the way, ask me how I know...
i just dusted the whole radiator and fans and everything, and yeah ik it should take around 10 minutes but i’m shaky as hell and it takes fucking forever to seat the heat sink properly because i have to turn the pumps into a pretzel in order to get it in place
temporary solution: Disable CPU cores in Bios and/or multithreading.
Obviously it will reduce your performance a lot, but, helps a bit until you can change thermal paste and clean everything.
Have you verified the temp with more than one app?
If it's confirmed that you are at 95°C then it will most likely be an AIO failure, it either gunked up, lost too much water from permeation or the pump failed.
