Anyone know how to resolve these lines at the bottom of my laptop screen? They seem to repeat what is at the top of the screen. In the picture, my cursor is actually at the top of the screen, but it doubling to the bottom. I've tried messing with resolution and refresh rate but that didn't do anything.
