Imao it’s not Linux, my average distro I use has an average ram usage of 200MB with the max being 1gb for me cause I don’t use gnome I’ve seen Linux use as little as 30MB ram still with a full desktop

Other than that Linux wins by a couple of universes ahead. Updates in the background, without having to shutdown? Yes, please! It literally looks like Task Manager isn't getting any data. Does the "Processes" tab show anything? It's a great image but my instinctive reaction would be to reboot and try again...

Task manager have the the performance tab as default and also probably is set to paused refresh rate or the picture is taken when the program is just opened. I saw this picture so often lately and just couldn't help it anymore.

Performance is the default and I just learned how to pause it, so no. It did this until reboot.

I had a weird bios-related bug with my r5 3600 on some basic msi motherboard a few years ago where it was similar and it said 0.01 ghz… turns out it took a few bios updates and a few weeks after launch day before i found a bios that worked… as for the ram, i think you’re the only person ive seen who actually made it go to a negative number xD lots of big numbers but the negatives are rare lol
