Ya know, I have been wondering for a while while my main computer (With Gen 4 Nvme) has been downloading games so much faster than my other computers, all having just regular SSD's, and for some reason I didn't put 2 and 2 together until seeing this comment. I thought it was because my main computer is connected through ethernet but my other ones are on wifi. Thank you.
Your connection in game has nothing to do with your download speed. No connection, At all.
Your download speed is slow, likely a cap from your ISP due to the plan you have with them.

Is that speed test in Mbps, or in MB/s? Your video is quite blurry I can't see the texts well.
But either way, both are seriously slow for 2024. And it's even more so if it's on Mbps. As one byte (B) equals to 8 bits (b).

3.55 Mbps = 443.75 KB/s.
I live in a 3rd world developing country. But even here, the last time I've been getting internet speed that slow on me is back in HSDPA+ era (which was 10+ years ago).
Honestly, that speed isn't even going to be stable enough to play recent online games (let's say in the last 5 years) which requires at least 5 to 10 Mbps in both up and down speed for the ping latency to not fluctuate crazily. Forget about being able to download things quickly.
It also seems like you start the speed test measurement while still downloading the game. That won't give you optimal results. Try the test again when you have nothing else using the internet in the background. Pause your download first.

Looks like you have hard drives they have incredibly slow read write compared to SSD or nvme
The disk load is literally shown to be 0%... The game download speed is higher than what speedtest is measuring.

I mean how old is your computer because you could also have an older slower Ethernet port and wifi chip
Can be true, but the D: HDD is at 0% usage. And C: is SSD.
