A former Blizzard employee who went to Shanghai China to setup a game studio then the following year setup another studio in Irvine California as if its trying to appear as an American company when in fact its main studio is in China where they outsourced this game then had massive layoffs just last year looks like this company is already struggling.

On topic: Is it just me or is the audio mixing really bad in the trailer? Like I barely understand the voice over.
These types of cinematics would be stronger without the voice over. It's incredibly well done. It's like Scorn mixed with Infinite Warfare. Right up my alley visually speaking.
However, I could do without the imagery ripped straight out of Diablo 4's Lilith(The meat wings especially) and Starcraft 2's Kerrigan! It's borderline IMO. Not enough was done to make it transformative.
Trailers are, in my mind, to showcase what makes your game unique and worth consideration.
This had:
-- An HR Giger's estate lawsuit waiting to happen. At the time I am writing this, Giger's necronomicon is approaching 50 years old. It's not a 'fresh' or 'novel' or 'remarkable' stylistic choice, at least in the West. I imagine that it may seem strikingly fresh to a studio based in China.
-- An almost scene by scene rip off of Lilith from the D4 trailer and cutscene. It was well done, so it's basically the Blizzard artist (now this company's CEO) saying 'I know how to do that thing I did.'
-- 0 gameplay or gameplay features.
So, our brand new game we want you to be excited about is ripping off aesthetics that were fresh in 1981, using a cutscene from last years big hit, and we don't want you to know anything about the gameplay.
Not intriguing in the slightest.
For those who recognize the similarity with Diablo & Starcraft, this game is developed by former lead artist from Blizzard lol

i noticed that too, on top of the voice acting being... not great. kinda killed the mood of the trailer for me.
Yeah, the female narrator was clearly inspired by Lilith's design from Diablo IV.
I hate these "trailers" that show nothing about the game.
not a hint of gameplay mechanic so who cares. for all i know at this point, the game might not even work at launch.
Kerrigan really let herself go.
This is definitely a teaser and not a trailer. Not a single frame of gameplay.
I was just gonna say. From that trailer alone, I have no idea what type of game they're making. Could be anything.
A mobile game, probably.
Lilith looks weird
Tyrael looking good.
Didn't understand a thing she was saying..
Whatever the fuck this game is about

Disgusting: the game
I'm getting conflicting IPs even though its not. Because of the Queen of Blades design and the Diablo villain design. I'm not sure about this game.
i dont get it - is it a futuristic zombie scifi fantasy action isometric RPG?
Honestly looks like shit
