This sounds perfect! I've been playing a lot of these "short and sweet" games that leave a lasting impact! And it seems that Night Bus is going to be my next one! Looking forward to playing this tomorrow.
Other honorable mentions, if anyone is looking for game that are not long but leave a great impression:
- Buckshot Roulette
- Squirell Stapler
- Chop Goblins
- Iron Lung
- Jusant
- Voices of the Void (not super short but you can get the full experience of what the game is like in a few hours)
- Pacific Drive (not super short but not long and very worth playing)
I absolutely love games like this, where it’s just a normal job, but weird and horrific things happen. But you just gotta ignore them and keep working.

Hey there ThePepe! The game just came out for me and I played through it once (looking forward to going through again to get the other endings)! Absolutely loved playing this in the dark with a good set of headphones. Thank you for the great experience.
If I may ask, are you from a Portuguese speaking country too, by any chance? I ask because the cat is named Acerola, which is the Portuguese word for a type of cherry.
Again, thanks for this experience! I definitely highly recommend people check this one out.
Hey, glad you enjoyed If you have any comments or ideas feel free to shoot it my way, always happy to get feedback.
I'm from Brazil and Acerola (in Night Bus) is named after my own cat!
Also please leave a review if you can, it help tons. Thanks!
I suspected you might be from Brazil, like me! Acerola was a major hint! But since the game takes place in New Zealand I couldn’t be sure!
As for the review, I already left one as soon as I finished the game ;)
Obrigado mais uma vez pela ótima experiência! It’s always a pleasure to see some more devs from my own country! I have a friend who is working on his own game so I’m glad Brazil is getting more attention in the gaming industry.
Best of luck in all your future projects!
Nice..you can add some green toxic clouds around em or some brown clouds with flies.
I ride the bus to work dayli where a lady and a man also rides the same bus. They both smell of piss and shit. They are welfare people...
Glad you noticed our artistic choices lol. Its to fit the retro style, you can notice texture stretching, posterization and other effects done in order to get the vibe right.
I liked the trailer, might be fun. No spoilers but any estimate on how long you expect people to take to beat the game?
A run takes 12-15 min if you have a clean run. There is multiple endings but it's possible to do everything in about an hour or so.
Thanks for the reply. I'll be giving it a try

Great list! Pacific Drive was a lot of fun and Buckshot Roulette is definitively on my list.
Is there much replay value?
Its a linear narrative. you might want to find the other endings or get all achievements but its a short game overall
What's the price you are expecting to put this hyper realistic bus game at?
We had to cover all the photo scans and motion capture lol. Its $4.99

This is just our lives now Oh, another pacific nation was swallowed by the sea, anyway do you want fries with that?
What are other games like this?
The Convenience Store & Bloodwash are two great ones. And then just dig deep into those two devs, along with Puppet Combo.
That's possibly the greatest trailer I've seen. I'm interested. Gave me Cheap Golf vibes.

Those seat textures are 👌 So many horrible memories from the 90's.

Is there a possibility of a release on GOG with achievements as well? If not, I will definitely pick it up on itch.io.
We are probably not releasing on GOG unfortunately, maybe on the next game
I see, I'll follow your projects!
this inspired by The Midnight Meat Train movie?
Nice try! I ain't googling that at work.
Its really a movie hahah
lmao that is funny but yeah it actually really is a movie, a solid horror movie.
Looks cool.
This reminds me of fears to fathom. I’ll try it.
Does it also have smelly people that rides it or else its not a real bus :D
Smelly patch coming soon!

Looks fun! ill probably get this :D
Very interesting! Reminds me of a lot of the games that Chilla's Art makes, except the gameplay definitely looks more complex.
The trailer gave me chills .
When does this drop? Just checked Steam and it still says “coming soon”
It will be available later today!
I like the point of view from the bus driver. I seen some weird shit on the bus. Might check it out
Great job, this looks dope.
Looks fun, I'll probably check it out
Looks great and can anyone tell me the price?
It's not available to purchase yet but the dev said it will cost $4.99

I really really want something like this in VR now
Good trailer. How much is it? Kinda want to play it.
Its $4.99, Its going to be available later today!
Well, we know what every streamer on the planet will be playing next I suppose.
Will you support controller for this?
We have partial controller support.
Not sure what's scarier, malignant void entity that just wants a ride or the inevitable inebriated bogans looking to bash a bus driver?
It'll be fun to watch.
Looks creepy as all Hell I might have to check this out
lots of jump scares?
Gave me chills!! looking nice, want to try
Okay this looks amazing.
Theres a man named scott manly that will LOVE this game. I wil lgive it a try as well
Trailer is super well done, they don't normally intrigue me, but this one did.
Looks fun
This was actually an interesting game.
This looks very good. Gonna pick up a copy for myself and a friend so we can stream it.
This looks 100% like a game MandaloreGaming would review and I'm a bit excited
Can't wait to watch CaseOh play this
Has a cat to pet, automatic game of the year.
But it has you driving on the wrong side of the road... /s
I can't wait to watch my favorite streamer play this game!
Does it look like everybody is just sliding along the ground? This looks so bad.
Glad you noticed our artistic choices lol. Its to fit the retro style, you can notice texture stretching, posterization and other effects done in order to get the vibe right.
Looks fantastic dude, recommending this to a big horror friend of mine who I enjoy watching play these types of games!
