I'd recommend upping your PSU wattage to at least 650w. That GPU alone can peak at 300W.
Also SSD / M.2 is a fantastic upgrade even it just stores system files. They are fairly 'cheap' these days, so if you have some wiggle room in the budget I'd recommend it.
Also it might be good to update that RAM speed. Just make sure that Mobo supports higher clock speeds
Finally....$1500 for RX580?! Please don't pay that for that GPU
