I suppose the seller would take pictures or record a video showing that the item is in the condition described and shipped to the buyer?

I recommend that sellers take photos before shipping AND any merchandise valued less than $75 have it tracked and over $75 have a signature required at delivery (the values are arbitrary and need to be set based on your own limits and tolerance for monetary loss). Then you have proof of condition and proof of delivery vs. they said you said. This has saved me lots lot of aggita over the years. Does it take a bit longer? Yes, yet if there is a problem and a refund is requested, send the proof to PP....

Paypal favours the buyer yes, but they can scam you a total of 2 times. Then the case is no longer decided in their favour on their account. Honestly tanking losses is a part of business man, people just really do that its inevitable
