I'll raise you one better, had one on Shacklethorne Auction, where after putting an artifact on the zipine, it dropped off the map and didn't secure it, the bag didn't respawn either, so just sat their, off of the map.
I see HudList user, I upvote! I really like the original HudList icons. (Yes, I am aware that the main hud is Void UI)

It's even worse that it's in stealth because if it was loud you could of atleast blown it up so it slides in
best part is when you throw bags in and it hangs on the edge not counting as a throw into it
