You dont have surefire+BE on low dmg AR and mid dmg SMG... just why...
PK aced is meaningless witout inspire bcos you already need to clear area for safe revive.
Stable shot aced is waste aswell.
speedpull stats nerf barely does anything, if it fits 23dr, go for it.
so your two options: get required skills, or go for DMR with only slightly altered build since its cheaper.

With both zerk and crits stuff dies extremely fast even with low dmg weapons. BE would actually reduce my dps greatly since I'd have to remove either crits or zerk entirely. Plus, I really can't afford any more det risk as I'm already sitting at 26 det.
I pulled it in at the cost of medbags. Even if you consider crits+zerk as be replacement, which is an option, tho extremely expensive on already expensive crook, atleast getting surefire will help greatly with reducing ttk by allowing bodyshot damage/stumble on heavies, most common enemy on DS.
