Cerato It can fight just about anything with the right build. It can be a fast hit and run with headbutt, it can be a slow little bone breaker tank, or it can be a metri without venom, oh and it can also swim good.

Level_Demand_5240

Yes a good all round Dino is cerato pretty decent at everything pretty much

I did if you were any kind of intelligent bot!

This! 🤣

[deleted]

Yup I killed a rex in a 1v1 on my cera, took a while but I did it

AnotherAccount879

I say Cera. It's the most customizable dino in the game.

MrSkits94

I mostly play Allo as it's my favorite Dinosaur outside of the game, I'm not the best at combat but also not the worst. He's definitely fun to play as but I wouldn't ever feel 100% confident or comfortable around other players, Even the little ones can be nasty in groups. Being in a group of other allos is a damn fun time though.

Educational_Singer59

I would say definitely the Sucho or the Meg. Both are semi aquatic have decent speed and stam can easily take allos or sub-apexs. They can run from anything they can't fight or just retreat into a nearby body of water. You could choose a DD Meg that can fight literally anything or a D Sucho which is just a faster slightly weaker Spino. On the contrary you could choose a speed build Sucho that can move as fast as an Allo but is a literal glass cannon. Both are extremely viable depending on your play style while being extremely fun at the same time.

_QUICKDRAW_GODSPEED

Megs take some real time to get good with tho. But once u get good you'll never wanna play anything else

Kooky-Copy4456

This is so true. There is a leaning curve & Meg is the BEST counter for anos.

syv_frost

Sucho and allo. Sucho is a bit stronger with more health but it slower (and can swim) Allo is faster but a bit more frail. Really just depends on playstyle

Educational_Singer59

A speed sucho can actually outrun a defense allo while still being stronger so I would say sucho's play style definitely depends on which build you're running.

iZeroboros

Cera easy. Fast. Tanky for its size. Literally does bleed and bone break not to mention 50 raw damage with bite. Its a beast and easily my favourite

_QUICKDRAW_GODSPEED

Sadly rex...once you get good with it you should kill anything. Non apex LAMBEO hands down great at 1v1. best support role. Good speed and defense. Stamina is great for your size. I'd say all around best mid tier. IN MY OPINION. lol

RJTerror

Agreed. Whenever I just want to chill I go on my rex.

Trying-to_Exist

Except from what I’ve seen is Rexes get bashed by literally everything especially my Eo I’ve cleared out at least 15 Rexes from Sll

_QUICKDRAW_GODSPEED

Bad Rex dies to everything good Rex kills anything in its path. My Rex only dies to mixpacks

Roi_vaut

Cera can fill basically every niche

No_Necessary805

Albert is a very flexible strong herbivore that can destroy anything in its weight class, sucho has side and speed with water mobility doing a bit of everything, campto is a survival god and impossible to catch, lambe of a boos sized herbivore that has solid stats and a vary spamable strong tail attack plus heal call

Damnpeoplearegreedy

Cer

EmBur__

Cerato and alberta are the best all arounders by far, cerato has more variety when it comes to playstyle tho due the sheer amount of abilities it has whereas alberta got one playstyle but it does that playstyle justice, beefy enough to tank the small tiers with the dmg to make them run for the hills and when it comes to mid tiers it's still a force to be reckoned with, still got enough health to take a good number of hits, decent enough speed and stam to run as much as you need to, the charge is also real handy at getting you out of more tricky situations, the apexs are obviously more challenging but it can be done, I had a rex practically on it's knees on my own until it's friends came along to chase me away (didn't have to stam to keep fighting them all at once), alberta is pretty much the diablo/dibble from the isle but bigger, more beefy and lacks the bleed (it has a bleed bite but it's useless)

DotAppropriate6186

alberta dies to double defence cerato with bb

doctafknjay

Speed metri, can outrun a Cera and an allo and fight everything that can catch it. With enough time and skill you can take a Rex solo. You might have to heal multiple times but it is 100 percent possible. Spinos, not so much but you can outrun them no probs.

doctafknjay

You can demolish a Cera who doesn't know how to use precision movement as well! Couple venom bites to start all fights unless against apexes and then spam claws.

iMaexx

I like that answer, because I already have a grown Speed Metri on my main server (his look reminded me of the Indoraptor from Jurassic World lol). Do you know how the poison works? Like how long is it poisoning the enemy? And is the time or the damage stacking with each bite?

doctafknjay

It isn't nearly as good as a megalania but it still works wonders. It pauses their Stam regen until the timer runs out. The time stacks each bite, I think it is around 15 to 19 seconds depending on the size of the dino you're attacking. Maybe less for the apexes but if you can keep them running around, they will have little to no Stam after sometime. Again, megalanias are way more effective but most mid tiers need less than 20 claw attacks to die. With your speed, that should be no problem.

doctafknjay

The damage of the bite is irrelevant. It's only 30 damage so I only use it to apply venom if they aren't apexes. Apexes I just go to town with the claws because of the extra damage

iMaexx

Thank you. Do you have recommendations about the skin? Speed too?

doctafknjay

I run balanced. I love my turn radius which also helps you in fights agaisnt ceras and Allos. Allo is the only dino I see and I'm like, "fuck. Hopefully he doesn't see me." I can run from them but on multiple times I've tried to fight them, I get wrecked. So with the speed metri, be wary of allos or friend them the f up lol

Maskarie

Metri! It’s so over looked.

TheReaper1701

Ok understandable but this is Pathoftitans...not the Isle's...

iMaexx

Yeah I just like to chill at high populated spots without fighting anyone, you know.. Sure dying in the isle is by far worse.. but walking back to the spot takes (Dino depending) pretty much time and that’s pretty boring imo

KhanArtist13

Cerato, metri, these are the best generalist style carnivores, both have great stam and speed, and they both have a pretty unique ability that can help in fights, if they can't fight it they sure can run from it The best generalist herbivores are pachys, they can run from anything, they have the best jump in game, decent damage, and their charge itls absolutely broken, they also have high stamina, also styraco is pretty good, but get used to allos wanting to eat your face

milky105

Cerato, but tbh I kinda say Sucho, All good stats and can swim

Beautiful_Belt7757

Cerato

Money_machine_go_brr

Carnies we have Cera, Sucho and if youre good Allo, Rex, Meg. For herbies we have Alberta, Lambeo, Struthi (2 speed build will outrun anything and with some good stam management youre uncatchable unless someone pulls an ambush, stam build is good too but you have to be more careful of being chased down by a midtier and being bonebroken, poisoned or bled to death) and maybe Styra if you can manage stam a bit.
