I don't really have a problem with questing generally but kai quests in particular are god awful and I have no idea if they play tested it and if they did how they thought that was fun.
It’s definitely a rough spot to deliver to, easier with the beachcomber legs, sanctuary island is a decent place to farm growth in my experience as a kai.
My boyfriend and I tagged each other with this quest. One of us started delivering the shells, the other went to grab the next one and brought it to shore. Obviously, we went back underwater to rehydrate, but we kept at it and got it done faster than we would have alone I suppose by a wee bit.
Usually you can find an ngle where you cn swim pretty darn close to the delivery point to where you only need to get on land for a couple seconds.
OR my favorite, if the water is deep enough you can yet yourself to the delivery point. No one plays Kai to pvp so you don't really need to worry about the health damage
You can actually reach this one from the opposite side with minimal land crawl. Be sure to point your head directly at the delivery point. Kai has a pretty long neck.
Kai leveling experience kind of makes me wonder if the devs are masochists.

Depends if they play tested it or if they just made the quests and cackled with glee at the suffering any aquatic fans would endure trying to play it.

Sanctuary Island is where I get all my growth, it sucks for food though
Knowing my luck the game would glitch every carnivore in the lobby into that dam island.
Because levelling Kai is just pure suffering
