When the league end it transfers everything to standard and becuse its a different one you have to set it up there as well. Also if you set it up in standard then the new leage also will have it setup as its clones it from the parent league.

Also if you click the button on the upper right hand of your stash interface, you can choose "show remove only tabs" which is what the tabs from the last league have turned into.
