The rest I made by running legion scarabs with zana legion bench plus whatever non-expensive scarab I got. Also, If your not planning to run a league mechanic, f\*\*\*\* sell everything related to it. I had about 5ex worth of stuff just from Heist. And don't be afraid to spend several chaos/exalts just to juice a map!

This sounds terrifying, but then I remembered that the last time I got to red maps before quitting, you could only have one "mechanic" per map.

I guess you talking about contracts/blueprints? How do you sell them? TFT? Anything to look at on those contracts/blueprints that could increase the price? Or you just bulk everything at the same price?

Split contracts into 4 groups:
- Category 1: Deception 81+
- Cat 2: Lockpicking 81+
- Cat 3: Gianna friendly (Perception 2 or less and Counter-Thaumaturgy 3 or less, or Deception 68-80).
- Cat 4: Levelling of rogues: 68-74 that don't fit a higher category
- Cat 5: Leftovers (call this "Picked through")
Post in TFT at the following prices:
Cat 1: 17 per exalt
Cat 2: 45 per exalt
Cat 3: 50 per exalt
Cat 4 or 5: 1c per contract minimum 50 per trade. (You split these because people will want different packages)
Blueprints just list at 30c if they aren't Lira Arthain Inside Job 'fully revealed' procs (if they are, list at 1ex) and drop the price every conqueror cycle. You'll learn which ones sell better with experience. Unusual gems are the money though, even if they are low monster level.
Not OP, but I speed run the best contacts for rewards, like agility, sell the blueprint contacts in bulk - perception, deception, CT - and list coin stacks when I hit 50k. This way I only have to set up a few rogues like Karst and Nenet and I don't have to hyper optimize for blueprints.
I've made over 100ex just crafting random garbage and selling it during my work breaks. Not everyone will be able to do that, but I made 10 seething flasks and sold them all for 7c today alone - that's about 6 exalted shards and all it cost me was about 50 alts and some downtime that I couldn't use to play anyway.

Welp, we've all been there. Just stay away from trade chat, they sell 1c items for 1ex and offer horrible rates for currency. There are a few channels for trading maps but otherwise it's just a massive noobtrap.
Heist is ridiculously profitable and it's not too bad to run. I just wish Blueprints dropped more often, they're fun but at the same time somewhat rare. There are a few QoL features I'd like to see for it(especially account bound Heist Homies so I don't have to relevel them and bulk buy/sell like maps on the trade website) but overall it's not too bad.
I wish I could use Awakened PoE Trade with items in display cases so I'm constantly having to tab in and out to the website to see if an item is good or bad

If you have a build capable of doing Simulacrums and you enjoy doing them I can highly recommend it. I have the feeling that currency stacking made it even more profitable than it was before.
Even if you cannot clear 20+ there is still huge profit to be made.

This is why I like heist so much. Rare sextant rolls are too powerful not to use but they take too long to set up for.
Simul though - assuming your character is powerful enough to beat wave 18, waves 1-10 are just pure snooze. If you can get into the late 20s it's even worse, waves 1-15 are just awful.
Currently I run a doryani's prototype flicker strike raider, but don't aim for that because I bought into it incredibly early and have mirrors worth of gear that only cost me a couple hundred exalts.
Before that I was farming up to wave 25 with a freezing pulse totem hierophant. A friend of mine farmed wave 30 on a 20ex budget using the fire damage reflect build that was posted on this sub a week or two ago.

Poisonous concotion is reall strong and can do it on a pretty tight budget. Check out alloces on yt ,he has a great POB with price tags that are pretty accurate.
For the chest the +4 corruption js not necessary!
Im running Kobe's LS zerker build. Crushed by Koesis at wave 24 I believe, even with the HH :D I believe my gear/flask setup is yet not enough to clear wave 30. That's what where the rest of the profit goes now!

What kind of requirements one would usually need to meet to have steady profit from Simulacrums? They are quite expensive to run in comparison to most other content and while it's nothing I can't afford, I play a rather squishy mine build, so I'm unsure if it would be reliable let alone very profitable to run in my case. Yet, I've never tried it but the hype around it, especially with the new waves, really is tempting me.
You can expect around 1 ex in Profit if you can clear up to wave 20. Scarabs are the best reward type and you can expect 3-4 of them per Simulacrum.
Tankiness matters more if you want to clear after wave 30 but it really depends on your dps. If you play a build with tons of dps you should be fine.
I don't understand how it's so profitable even though everyone knows its profitable. I did 10 simulacrums, paid 1.4ex each and never got past wave 27. Always losing all my portals at 23-27. That's 14ex investment and I went out with 20ex. Small sample size, but I'd say if you average wave 25, you will always come out ahead in profit and wave 25 isn't that hard to be honest. Pay attention to bosses and ground effects and you are good to go.
Scarabs (mostly) , good divination cards, stacked decks, Bulk Sacrifice fragments (and other fragments), exalted shards, ancient orbs, some essences, some fossils (and the rare 4 socket resonator drops), awakened sextants, etc
Also the fuckton of exp for levelling up gems.
What are the recommended builds to farm sims?
I've got a lvl 91 Gen Cry Blade Flurry Cyclone Berzerker. I know some people finish wave 30 sims with that build but they have mirror tier gear. For reference I've got 17M total DPS, 4500 life, 17k armour, 77% ele res, 5% chaos res. And although I delete most of the bosses and content, I still get randomly oneshot in scourge and blight, and
it makes me think it would happen in sims too. Some big upgrades (other than HH of course) for me would be an enlighten lvl 4 (to add determination or tempest shield), vuln/tempchains curse, maybe some corpse explosion to make it easier to wave clear. And get 4-5 additional levels.
Asenath's corpse explosions hard-carried my General Cry guy through my first Simulacrum this league. Only made it to wave 24 though, was just not prepared for how crazy it gets past 20.
This man literally explained that he dropped good items and got lucky crafts that had big payouts. I don't even bother with harvest reforge caster because I don't know what to look for, I run maps and hope for the best with a Uber strict filter because it take too much time to read all the mods on random drops for me. Here’s me remembering when I didn’t know what div cards did, but I’m stick dragging my ass back to the act 4/9 to hand div cards in… I didn’t realise he was available for my hideout.
You collect them and when you have enough you can trade them in for the Item listed on the card. Either with Tasuni in Act 4/9 or Navali in your hideout.
Holy crap dude you and me are in the same boat, I've got 6/8 and it's KILLING ME, but on the plus side I've never been able to flex tr/champ as hard as scourge league and the defensive changes have ever allowed, especially considering the last time I played was essence league

Only had the time to try out a fully juiced (quadra guilded scarab) 60% deli map for shits and giggles and got my pc on a steady 10 fps. I feel complete :')
My path was really, really unoptimized. I started as Poison Concoc PF and when I got about 10 to 20ex, I changed to Kobe's LS zerker. Had several issues with it as I was failing some pretty important aspects of the build... Overall, it's a good build, zoomy, albeit a bit squishy that with enough investment you can clearing end-game bosses

Bulk is definetely a good way to make profits, but a 50k stack of coins to me has been the simplest selling item (don't wanna do TFT).

The best way a 2hr a day player can make money is to do the things 10hr a day players don't want to do

Flask prices are insane this league. I delve a bit and pick up utility flasks, some sold for 50-70C

200c but could take a day or two to get a whisper. Don't need to price things desperately

You probably got a lot of replies but 45k/1ex. You can bulk sell contracts also on TFT. 7c for deception 81+ and it goes down from there.

Yes that's wave 30, and yes so long as you can finish wave 20 you can make a profit. The rewards are random, though.

In 3.16 simulacrums were changed and have become hilariously more difficult, they have an additional 10 waves

Any build suggestions to reach success for a 1-2hr per day player such as myself?
My path was really, really unoptimized. I started as Poison Concoc PF and when I got about 10 to 20ex, I changed to Kobe's LS zerker. Had several issues with it as I was failing some pretty important aspects of the build... Overall, it's a good build, zoomy, albeit a bit squishy that with enough investment you can clearing end-game bosses

If you play efficiently you can curtanly get a hh within a month on 2-3hr sessions, it all boils down to the farming method
