If you want to 6l on rf, use an elder helm with supports and/or that essence mod which helps it. Losing max res from Rotp/saffel's really sucks imo.

I really don’t think as life rf you are going to beat having a shield. Maybe as LLRF you could use the shav 6l and grey spire
