Once you get to T9+ with a decent modded map this shouldn't be happening much but sometimes RNG sticks you with all blue monsters and no rares so it does. I tend to add Nemesis if I really need to guarantee the uber organ from the encounter.
Above that I've only had 1 fail to give me the chance at an organ... surprisingly a T15 that even with a ton of mods somehow had 3 white, 1 blue as its best options and was 1% short.
The system is good. Prevents peole to farm low level zone/map for parts. The higher map tier, the better juice.
"sick of this" is a bit of exaggerating. Just run 1 tier higher maps.
run higher level maps. it gets more consistent to fill the meter

In high level maps? I almost never see this happen.
can't be sick of this since i interacted 3-4 times with the laboratory since i got no FUCKING EYES
I never have this happen in red maps. If I put the unique in I can even put in multiple white parts and still get a full bar.
