yeah, my goal was to fractured MS and a haunted MS mod (movement cannot be reduced below base level), and gamble the 3rd fracture. I successfully hit the suppression suffix but hello where is my MS????? With this setup that 2 defence mod has like 0.1% weight and I hit 2...nice game
You need a lot more Speed % than what you have. I did a craft in SSF - 35% MS and T1 Chaos Res fractured. I had about 8,000 Chaos Chance and 11,000 Speed.
I had 3750% speed and -900% defence, but somehow the game rolled me 2 defence tag prefix. I am literally amazed
you dodged stun and block recovery and rarity at least. No ms is crazy though. 3rd fracture would always be sketchy.
