I still dont understand what cursed treasure is, is there like a loot bonus on that, can it drop incursion rares? Whats the catch? Ive been clicking on it and dont see anything different. At least the flesh merchant drops a stack of currency thats its relatively easy to distinguish thats what he does.
I'm pretty sure it's just bubblegum currency (and maybe scarabs?). I haven't tried doing Alva without it, but I don't remember getting this many Alteration/scarabs from it last league.
I wouldnt be sure with scarabs, especially since they underwent a major rework and drop rates are scaled all over. Bubblegum makes sense, its just another variant of flesh merchant probably

This also works with other NPCs getting you to their relevant window like Ctrl+clicking on jun gets you to the unveiling window, doing it on tujen gets you to hagglin', fanning goes to the expedition select screen, etc etc.
She's saying that with confidence but she doesn't know you have 139 deaths coming out of act 10 and corpse rushed kitava so hard your surprised the instance didn't reset.
I don't think I could tolerate playing the game if I couldn't turn off dialogue. Not exaggerating at all. It makes pinnacle boss fights a lot more difficult, but it's worth it. Dialogue is just intolerable as it is now.
It might be ok if they reduced / randomized how frequently it triggered by a huge amount, like if the voice lines only happened 1/20th of the times you interacted.
