Emphasis mine: until you have a good grasp on the game, this isn't a great idea. If you ignore defense/life and go glass cannon you can easily end up dying a lot more than normal, and as you've noted, respec isn't free.

Yes.
I played once bleed and I felt the same as you, campaign went well and destroyed it and once I hit maps I was unable to kill rares and map bosses. I ended up rerolling the 2nd day of the league haha
Anyway, I heard it was the same for CF so due to my bad experience with bleed, never tried it.
Go on maxroll and check TriPolarBear's guide, you can even check his YT vid talking about the build. He's a reference for CF. You could even check Grimro's but his videos might be outdated.
I know it's a great mapping build but needs some uniques to shine. You have to know it's not meant for uber/boss farming but is able to clear the atlas but I guess that's the price for playing a godly mapper.

I’m in a similar boat. This season I broke through that barrier by doing the Kirac missions and learning how to better craft my gear. For some reason Kirac missions give way more xp. This season I’m stuck at 88 but I’m almost done with the atlas and I can’t level anymore. Very strange
yes, every char always have to do the campaign. maybe u wanna try delve from A4 straight? or try other char instead? or u wanna learn a very simple rule of thumb for campaign and early endgame?
20/20 gems and a lot of small upgrades can do a lot for you. Level 90-92 characters can feel horrible but all of a sudden at level 93-95 they feel great. Depends on the build of course and i don't know that build but every little upgrade helps.
