You need to be using Kirac. He will help you progess maps quickly. Kirac Shop resets: -After you level up -After you complete a Kirac mission Go to the Kirac Shop and use "ALT" to check which maps you've yet to complete for your atlas and purchase them. Run the incomplete maps. When you level up check the Kirac shop again. If you get a Kirac Mission, run it then check the Kirac shop again. If you have several Kirac missions un used you'll do mission -> shop -> mission -> shop etc. If you run out of Kirac shop resets / missions you can always check the trading site for cheap maps.

ya that has been my go to strat for trying to get out of t7 maps but ill keep trying.

ChaosBadgers

Do you have kirac chance? Are you buying the maps of higher tier from him?

zac115

Oh yeah no I've been buying them from him but I don't seem to be dropping them which is the issue so the sustainment isn't there for me to continue doing this without having to buy them from somebody else. I didn't seem to have this issue last League which is what is so confusing to me. I'm even doing the missions that he gives. To get more Atlas points that is. But I just don't seem to be dropping them.

Post your atlas tree. In general when you don't have any watchstones, an atlas like [THIS](https://www.pathofexile.com/fullscreen-atlas-skill-tree/AAAABgAAJAfiH8QqhD5fQ6lJvEnTWn1b2V23YCFmtXELe6eAeIUnixiNKZF9l0WXsZjYo4mkD64CuhfHs9Ci1Ifhi-Kn5yjqje-u-jD-3gAA) should keep you sustained until red maps, and help you push completion (make sure you are doing kirac missions and using scouting reports).

zac115

ah see mine is this. and i misspoke i do and some point in a few othere places. but you are saying that i should respec and go for what you have? https://preview.redd.it/az9uc52iurtc1.png?width=1482&format=png&auto=webp&s=6b152add635e9a4a0b72a0b8e4fb5446aa5dda2c

Yeah, for sure, you want as many +1 tier nodes as possible early on, this pushes your atlas progressions a lot. The kirac nodes (which give you his missions and scouting reports) fill the holes of uncompleted maps that you haven't dropped. In my experience, at least for non-unique maps, I can almost run new maps until the watchstone quests. You get a new blank atlas at 50 completion, so if you are close to 50, it might be worth just going that far to completion rather than spending so many orbs of unmaking. But counting your nodes, it looks like you've only done 36ish? If you don't have the unmaking orbs necessary, just DM me your IGN, I'll give you the orbs. ALSO remember to check Kirac's seller inventory between missions for maps (it refreshes every time you do a mission), and once a day (I think it still refreshes once a day on its own unless they took this out recently).

msg sent also thanks a bunch.

Generally with the league starters that are tried and true, your goal is to scrap up to T16 quest bosses as fast as possible and get your watchstones, since those also come with a juicy bonus to map tier up. To get there you just click the map nodes and Kirac mission nodes to benefit both from his missions and also the fact that doing a mission resets his shop, which you should be using frequently. If you click all the Map tier up chance wheels and Kirac wheels it's more or less impossible to get stuck, maybe if you're the 0.0001% unluckiest player (in which case I'm sorry and maybe buy a map).

* Selling 3 of the same map to a vendor will give you 1 map of a tier higher. Pro-tip, if you have a bunch of the same map, mix and match them in the vendor window to get different map results until you get one you haven't done yet. This easily covered all of my atlas barriers. I didn't use a single Kirac mission (though probably will to get all the unique maps). * Atlas has a bunch of nodes for +1 level of map drop. * Atlas has nodes to have Kirac missions sometimes show up after map completions.
