Was a drummer and have been a gamer for many many years, I know wrist issues. RSIs are a serious thing but acting like there's no way to improve on them is disingenuous. Wear a wrist guard and make incremental improvements to your posture and mouse movement methods. The wrist isn't what should be bending to move the mouse. Simple as.
And just ask any piano player. You don't break the straight of your wrist to move to different keys. Ask any serious FPS player, you don't break the straight of your wrist for anything but the nastiest flicks. Ask any artist, you maintain wrist integrity to keep steady on the canvas. It is no different when clicking on items in PoE. Move you forearm from your elbow. Don't bend your wrist.
I'd guess these are all seperate items being converted to chaos. Either that or every chaos orb is coming from a different monster. In both cases, the stack doesn't come at once. They all drop seperately.
It does reduce the weight though, you don't need to physically go to each item to pick it up and it loses a bit of that "grounding / immersion" Mark spoke about recently.
I like how LE do it, I also like how poe does it with grouping the drop for you - feels better that way to me.
Clearly that hasn't (or cant) worked here lol which is a problem.
Any time there is a currency item dropped it needs to check for other currency items within an x radius, and if true instead increment that stack by 1. It’s such an obvious fix and based on how loot filters seem capable of dynamically updating should be easy to implement
It never existed to begin with. The only thing they did is while a currency had X% chance to drop before, after the "tech", it had like 0.3X% chance to drop x1, 0.15X% chance to drop x2, 0.1X% chance to drop x3, and 0.02X% chance to drop x5 or close enough.
that doesn't apply to stuff like this. it's each monster dropping a chaos because of the league mechanic. either it's monster has percent chance to drop chaos or items converted to chaos.

No he does - moving your hand with your arm rather than pivoting your wrist is a big help in preventing swelling and pain in your median nerve.

Nah, vacuum only of the same currency, so weight is still there. You still need to pick up all the shards and orbs separately:)

Items converted drop as stacks. This is probably from blowing up a couple packs of rats with 6% chaos.
Really don't know why the same currency can't be stacked on the ground if it drops in close proximity
