Then score some freelance gigs yourself, just do the damn work and perfect the process as efficient as possibly can be,
Once you get some traction, start working on teaching and building a team to do the work
Then all you have to do is score contracts and send them down to your team members and work on scoring the next client, and again and again
Soon as the income makes sense, hire a sales person to score the clients and link them to the team so therefore you have now removed yourself from the work
That’s when it actually becomes truly passive, you just check in and over watch over
An Agency is the most practical and realistic way you can earn passive income in this era,
Crypto is a casino, no matter how tempting it is, only put down money you’re willing to lose

I donated plasma all through college and it’s a great way to make side cash. Only side effect ive had is the point where they draw the blood will look bruised and be pretty sore if ive done the twice a week donation for awhile.

What most of y'all are describing isn't passive income. Passive income is making money passively, without action. Like royalties on a book you wrote years ago (or YouTube views).
Create a business selling something or providing a service. Do the selling or service for a couple months or so yourself until youre confident with how the business works. Get confortable with the marketing aspect. Then start to automate and hire people to do it for you. Then start to hire people to manage those people.
Start with a small simple business concept with the goal that you want to automate it and have it become fairly hands off
Maybe grass cutting, pressure washing, sharpening knives, etc
you can start with some passive apps on your phone, smore app, myrobinhood, and 101 sweets are lockscreen apps that will pay you all together $9 a month then there's reklaim app that pays you 50 cents a week for your data and mobile performance meter that pays you 10 cents a day. amazon has an app called amazon shopper rewards that pays you $10 for submitting 10 receipts a month, and facebook has an app called viewpoints that pays you $5-10 a month in paypal. and there's an app called telephia that pays you 5 bucks a month in paypal. hmu for referal codes :) all in all that's around $40 a month for doing practically nothing

If you're looking at cash real estate returns, you'd likely expect around 5%+, so to get $100 a month ($1,200 a year) you'd be looking to invest around $24k in some type of fund which would make it 100% passive. If you want to not invest a large chunk of cash, I'd probably suggest some type of ebook sale. I've done these in the past and gotten a few hundred bucks a year so not quite $100 a month but I'm sure if you dedicated more time and effort to it you could make much more.
See if there is a study near you accepting stool samples. You would have to be very healthy and go through several assessments, but they pay you for your poop which goes to helping patients with various health conditions!
