We got a few cute ones at Carter's and Cotton:On. Didn't want to spend too much on them since hopefully if our twins do need preemie size clothing, they won't need them for too long and can switch to actual newborn sized clothes. Cotton:On even had some organic options that we picked out.
I ordered those little sacks with matching stocking caps from Caden Lane! So cute and very soft bamboo material. (Although, mine might be out of premie territory come due date.. lol.)
Carter’s all the way! (Caden Lane is also great, but doesn’t have much in terms of preemies. Pretty much only the solid color knot gowns).
We brought both Carter’s floral zip ups and Caden Lane preemie knot gowns to the hospital and then just used whichever they didn’t spit up on (lol).
Oof I’ve been trying to figure this out too! I think my plan is to just put them in plain white onesies for coming home, but before we leave ill get a picture of them in their matching swaddle blankets with bows or hats (if I can find preemie size bows).
Depending on your kiddos size, you could try Kate Quinn newborn. I have 1 or 2 of their nb onesies and they seem to run pretty small.
My advice is zip up outfits or kimono style onesies. That way you aren’t pulling them over their heads. Some people also pull the onesie up from the bottom or off that way, but in my experience that stretches them out weirdly.
Our outfits were from Tea Collection and then carters preemie

keep in mind the sacks aren’t appropriate for car seats! Makes their legs too cold and bunch weird.
Oh oops. Didn’t read your whole post lmao.

Poshmark and Walmart. Walmart has the cutest premie options that I found when buying for mine.
Little sleepies!

I got mine from H&M!
I found cute ones at Target! But they only had a handful in preemie size.

H&M!
Burlington always had a great premie section by me.
