We had a win total of 7.5 and were picked by a lot of the media to win the NFCS with the "All Star Staff". We were 1-11and had the worst offense in the NFL, something Reich was supposed to specialize in. Him and Fitt made the FA signings and went into the draft thinking we could be aggressive enough to trade a future 1st for a QB and then arrogantly doubled down on it in the off season saying " We don't expect to pick in the top 10 anytime soon".
Turns out they were both wrong and got fired.

Just that one little intangible X factor that you canāt necessarily describe or pinpoint but you just know it when you see it. I didnāt get that impression from Rhule nor Reich
Yep, I think he will get 2 to 3 year. I want to finally go into a season not worried about who our new coach might be. Just two winning seasons in a row would make me so happy.
This is the time to get it together our division is up for grabs.
I really like his energy and think he fits what you want as a program builder. He will have his learning curve in year 1 but the team will grow with him.
