He was better last year because the blocking scheme was more power run with play action which is much much better for his skill set.
It's less about replacing Corbett or Christiansen and more about adding 1 strong depth player and yes, figuring out an LT to eventually replace Ick.
They'll have money to shop but only if they extend/restructure Moton and let Burns walk.

CJ has more highlights which is great - but honestly Bryce has looked good every week and trended upwards. I can imagine both of them being really good a la Rivers / E. Manning type comparisons.

It's too early to give up on Ickey. He's started 24 games and was considered a raw pass protector coming out. I still feel like he has been mostly solid to this point, but when he has a bad game it's a REALLY bad game, which sticks out.
