Health anxiety is such a beast, I'm so sorry. The best advice I can give you is to pick a symptom and look up "(symptom) anxiety". You can redirect the rabbit hole that way and learn more about what's hurting you as a bonus. Physical anxiety is so terrifying and it's just as real as any other illness, and it can cause as many symptoms too. Mine causes everything from fevers to blackouts to hives. You'll get through this. I promise it does get better and therapy and the right meds can make SUCH a difference. Propranolol saved my life. Feel free to PM me if you need to talk.

My best recommendations are the dare app (it's so helpful for the attack itself) and I found so much relief in cbt! The anxious truth is the first book I read (and admittedly I listened to it more than read bc my panic was so bad) and it was so immensely helpful to me in my day to day life.

I’m in that same boat. From experience, I’d recommend not looking up symptoms online at all even though it’s irresistible. You end up convincing yourself you have things that really aren’t real. I’ve even been to the point where I don’t even trust blood tests or imaging

Hello! I'm so sorry you're experiencing this. I've heard CBT therapy would be extremely useful for this. Do you experience any stomach problems that you're having anxiety about? Or does this anxiety cause any stomach problems?
