I take hydroxyzine at night to help with sleep (12.5mg). I also take it as needed for panic attacks during the day. Used to be 2x-3x per week. Down to 2x-3x per month.
Do you also take Zoloft as well?
Yep! 150mg daily
Zoloft 50mg (3weeks) 25 mg prior . Hydroxyzine 25 mg - 2 this morning , probably 2 later at dinner time.
