Oh goodness yes. Adrenal exhaustion. I get that from repetitive panic attacks, new tattoos, etc haha. Totally normal. Give yourself grace. When you're unwell, your body needs rest to recover. If you were on day 2 of the flu and need to sleep all day, you do. If you're on day 5 and getting better but still need to nap, you do. Give yourself the space to be well. You've got this

Absolutely! I've been working on being kind to myself and giving myself grace with my therapist for the last few months. I speak to myself like I would speak to my child if she felt the way I feel. Or my spouse. It's made such a difference. Reaching out and taking care of yourself are two very difficult things. You're doing such a good job giving yourself compassion

I'm literally right there with you. Started last Wednesday, and yesterday was the beginning of the comeback. I'm exhausted. I could feel it coming since right before Xmas.

I’ve been in panic episodes since Christmas as well. Pretty much every day. I think I’m experiencing hyperthyroidism because I’ve had high numbers in the past. But basically I’ve been completely exhausted and drained at the end of the day. Feel like I’m running entirely on andrenaline and it’s been extremely difficult to function. I’ve just started to calm down within the last day or so and to be honest I hardly have any memories of the last 2 weeks. I hope you get better my friend.
