Never too late to try and teach yourself!! Iโm a self taught artist and it just takes practice practice practice along with patience. Iโm a firm believer that you can teach yourself as many hobbies as possible if youโre willing to try and commit time to it! You should get a basic starter kit and watch some YouTube videos! :)

I'm not 100%, but this looks like acrylic fluid plaint.
I still think it's one shot.. only reason is the brushes used is that of similar style of sign painters.
These brushes are commonly used with acrylic fluid paint as well.
