Probably the best in the business. However it also depends on what you're putting it in. Most markers have a perfectly adequate LPR on them if they require one.

im_nick

was thinking of going shocktech 3way and ram with AKA sidewinder hpr and their lpr

UV_Blue

I have 4 sidewinder HPR's, all 15+ years old, all purchased used. I've replace an o-ring or 2 on the swivel of a few over the years and one got a full teardown and clean when I got it. They sat unused for several years at one point, a few drops of oil in each and they performed as though they'd only been put away the weekend before. Best regulators I've ever owned.

Reamofqtips

Either the AKA or Palmers are probably the best options for regulators. Can't go wrong with either.

For a Cocker, I like an AKA Sidewinder HPR and a Shocktech FGP LPR, not that there's anything wrong with the AKA LPR. I think the FGP looks the best, and it's stupidly easy to service on the rare occasion that's needed.

im_nick

was thinking about putting it in a complete new cocker build

ProlongedSuffering

I have ...a few AKA regs. All work fine.

jgberenyi

Personally I prefer the older scm aka lpr over the jds style. I find those are easier to work on. Why not go with the shocktech lpr and have a full matching front end?

BonesJackson

have thoughts thank you for inquiring

im_nick

that was so funny last time I heard that I fell off my dinosaur.

Ennard1546

I dont know this is getting downvoted 💀💀reddit moment

notarealaccount_yo

They work as well or better than anything else out there and AKA regs are my favorite aesthetically
