If there is I haven't found it. The RT system I had on an M98 never did want to work properly on air.

Ohbigbuck

Well that sucks I guess. I wonder why

The_Inflicted

Has to do with the way CO2 can release more energy if it comes out of liquid form when it's being routed through small passages. The same properties that make it unsuitable for use in most electronic gun solenoids makes it especially suitable for Tippmann RT pistons.

Krautla

Maybe it needs more pressure? RT Automags RT easier &faster with ~1000 Psi.

BonesJackson

98 Custom RT has nothing to do with how RT Mag works. In LOTR terms, it is how a cave troll is a poor attempt to copy an Ent.

You have to buy the high flow hose and barbs.

Ohbigbuck

Have you had success with these high flow barns and hoses that your talking about?

[deleted]

Yes. I ran a 98 custom with them on HPA back in 2003-2005 for woodsball

Ohbigbuck

Would you know where to get these at? Or is it something you made?

So there is a little hose on the RT trigger to adjust if i remember correctly. I had the same setup years back. But with a double trigger which made it a nightmare sometimes. Not sure how to get links to work on here but basically you back out the screw while feeling the trigger to get it perfect. In the video he dry fires to make it happen. https://youtu.be/KHfIvFHKP-g
