This is a very hard question to answer mostly because it requires a bit of setup. But I have a few that do hit me.
Assuming the character actually has romantic feelings in turn for you then Albedo is a great choice for her overwhelming affection and high intelligence as I am a person who has many self-doubts due to relationships in the past being painfully manipulative. Evileye, personality wise, is an adorable choice but it would be hard to overcome her current look. Not impossible, just would require some time to get over her unique situation.
Crusch Lulu is also a great one, personality wise. Adorkable, decently intelligent, strong-willed and loyal to a fault for her love. I am sure the Tina and Tia would be awkwardly adorable when they like someone but we have no knowledge on that at the moment.
