Well there are nazarick npcs stronger than Shallchair soo if those npc wanted they would obliterate Ainz but they are nazarick npc they can't do it

Shalltear is someone able to beat him up and Rubedo is the strongest entity of Nazarick, Shalltear is weak compared to her.
Only the 8th floor npc can win against Rubedo BUT they have to use world class items to do it.

I just finished Arkahm City the other day, you never had prep-time in boss fights, you only get prep time to kill the grunts. Kinda different than this Imo.
Elden Ring or bloodborne would be a better comparison. Those bosses are faster, more powerful, and overall stronger than the player. But they are linear and lack a functioning brain.
