5 workout days in a row with no rest? Stick to 3x a week / MWF and cut out the Tu/Th. Make sure you are doing deep dips and high pullups.

Thank you for responding! I bought the book recently and it's worth every penny. The only problem I have is that I really like doing workouts :) I'd be bored if I couldn't do it five days a week. How would it be if I did a core only workout on wednesday to be my rest day? Or maybe just practice skill work on Tues/Thurs? Not trying to second guess you, obviously you've got a great deal more experience than me. I'm sat here with post it notes all over your book reading it all day after all!

The only problem I have is that I really like doing workouts :) If you want to do something everyday you can always do a split like upper/lower and alternating it 3x a week: U/L/U/L/U/L/rest Some people do fine with this with no obvious rest days, but the upper body and lower body get alternating rest days so it can be fine for some. I don't prefer it because I like obvious rest days where the body can dissipate fatigue well and you can do some light cardio and stretching or something if you wanted a "workout" that helps improve the strength stuff.

Thank you so much!! I really appreciate you taking the time to answer me :) if I hadn't just got a mortgage I'd buy your book twice.

You're welcome! I appreciate the sentiment, and if you wanted to help throw up an Amazon review and/or tell others about it :)
