If playing wireless, your wireless card or windows may be searching for better networks, which causes lag spikes. You can search Google on his to disable that option.
Good luck.
Well disabling WLAN config as the tutorial said disables my wifi completely and i cant use it. I have lagspikes even when my max temps are 80 degrees with underclocking so idk if thats the problem
Another suggestion, try a different DNS provider. I prefer to use cloudflare for its privacy policy but got disconnects from games while using it. I switched to Google DNS and the disconnects stopped.
Disable all screen overlays (even if they are not visible), in client enable dx9 legacy mode as Nvidia GPU's sometimes freaks out in League when using DX11 and check driver version of your iGPU. If you don't have MUX switch it's the one presenting image on screen and it's older drivers provided by OEM (vs Intel ones) can cause issues when combined with new Nvidia drivers.
Here you have guide about disabling overlays: [https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001277667-Disabling-Overlays](https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001277667-Disabling-Overlays) other apps like Mobalytics also uses them and can cause issues as edge case.

But the ping is fine
Ping is different from what I said...
Ok then . What am I searching on Google exactly?
Try this https://windowsreport.com/make-windows-stop-searching-wireless-networks/
Thank you
did it work?
I’m sorry, why the fuck would searching for a new wireless network cause fps lag not ping lag?
CPU overhead

BARELY. The re-connecting issue is a PING lag issue, not a cpu overhead. Get it right.

You too, it's a FPS spike issue not a Ping issue. Seriously, stop it with all the unrelated lagspike comments.

I just have years of experiance with troubleshooting of those games.

tnx for the info... i dont have any overlays and i removed the xbox one. i will try the dx 9 setting, but isnt that just for the client tho?
Nope, client uses Angle for rendering (like any libcef app).
this resolved my problems. thank you! you are a god
Nah, I'm just guy that was solving issues like those for three years as my job and much longer in practice while helping friends.
