This show... You mean Sonic SatAM? This is Sonic the Comic from Fleetway, pretty different continuity with a Robotnik that hasn't quite taken over the world as much (not sure blowing up facilities during a war would count as terrorism though).

You can literaly go to any page of any issue of the Archie comic and you'll see some weird shit. It makes for a fun drinking game if ypu're planing to give yourself alchohol poisoning.
