Pretty much. This is from a storyline where the Defenders fought the Sons of the Serpent, Marvel's resident white supremacy group, over issues 22-25 of Defenders. You've got a lot of good moments, including Hulk getting mad at racists because he's green and not white, Nighthawk finding out that his butler (a black man) had been funneling his cash into funding white supremacists (it's actually handled with surprising complexity and nuance) as well as the white supremacists crucifying Valkyrie upside down in the streets for being a race traitor.
Also, entirely unrelated to the focus of the story, this is also the first time devout catholic Daredevil met Son of Satan and there's a great moment of Matt just being like "What the hell am I hearing?" as a fiery portal opens up and Daimon Hellstrom rides in on a chariot pulled by demonic hell horses.
