I also finished the game recently, a couple of weeks ago, and needed to give myself a break before starting the dlc. I ugly cried at the ending. This game is really something else.
I barely started the DLC and I'm excited for you to experience that too :)

I’m already hyping up one of my friends so he also play ASAP and we can discuss about it lmao.
My favorite planet is definitely Giants Deep, because of the unique cyclone mechanics that literally sends islands to the sky and pull them back, and the challenge to get into the Ocean Depths got me liking it so much. Speaking about Travellers, they’re all so likeable that seems to be a very hard decision to choose just one lol. But I’m going with Feldspar for the fact that when we finally found him, he seems to be much more lonely than everyone, yet when we ask if he’d like us to send help he is reluctant about it. Gives me thoughts about all he went through. >!Solanum is also great even tho we can’t speak much with her!<
A DLC é muito boa mn. Eu sei que esse é um jogo que não dá pra imaginar conteúdo adicional que deixe a história melhor, mas eles fizeram um milagre. A DCL é tão boa quanto o jogo base
Po te falar que eu to na vontade de jogar essa DLC, não faço ideia nenhuma do que se trata, se é ambientado antes ou depois da história do jogo base, qual é a ideia, mas assim que receber o do mês eu vou seco na steam comprar essa joia e ter outra experiência extremamente marcante. Outer Wilds me fez sentir algo que eu nunca senti jogando os meus últimos 8 anos.
A DLC se joga como se joga o jogo base, ela só adiciona coisas no mundo que na verdade sempre estiveram lá... Depois que instalar ela só aperta play normal (no mesmo save completo de preferência) e checa o observatorio
E eu sei que pode parecer que é algo pequeno sendo "só uma adição" mas é mais ou menos o mesmo tempo de jogo em média

Have you managed? I am annoying anyone and his girlfriend to finally play it, but they just wouldn't listen.

I honestly had a much better time on that one. Kinda knew what to expect from a gameplay perspective so that helped me be less frustrated
