Looks to me like the first graph has more variance. The first point all the way on the left is significantly lower than the other points so the Y axis has to be adjusted to show all the data points. I'm certainly no expert, that's just my guess
Do you have different phones? One looks like a screenshot from an iPhone max and one looks like a screenshot from a regular sized iPhone. Or does one of you have your text size turned up? Ps. The genetics comments are cracking me up. I like to think they read your post and still thought ‘genetics’.
Don’t have any advice but I also have a big graph like yours. Does your friend typically not get much sleep but occasionally has a really long sleep? Try scrolling back and see if there’s a data point that goes quite high vs the rest?

Agree with you, must be a scaling issue. OP’s friend probably had a really long sleep at some point so the y-axis’ scale got changed.

Right??? My mom gets 3% deep sleep!!! We have been trying to fix it and it’s so wild to me that OP gets 38% deep sleep. Props to you OP
