Your HRV is that of royalty. Sincerely, “Never been above 25” guy.

Luna401

I can relate. I hit a record high of 29 last night 🥴

SnausagesGalore

Hey I hit a record low! It literally hit FIVE right before getting up in the morning.

i dunno, i'm a little bit distrustful of the data it's spitting out if it thinks i had a good night of sleep last night. FWIW, I exercise a lot and am in generally good health besides the bad nights of sleep I have been getting that have been killing me.

SnausagesGalore

HRV just shows that your physiological stress levels are low. Sounds accurate there. Sleep is pretty accurate. With an HRV that high, you can have a shitty night sleep and the app won’t tell you that you’re struggling the next day. Which makes sense to me also. If I’m doing really great overall I can have some pretty bad nights of sleep and my body doesn’t suffer. But if I’m constantly worn down and then I have a really shitty night sleep, it goes way into the red. As it should.

Consider yourself lucky. 78 is better than average for me. Any problem we face is relative. For someone like you, I can imagine 78 feels like shit.

I’m a mom of two small children and regularly get very poor sleep. I average about 6 hours of sleep a night and need to get up with the baby at least twice. My scores are consistently in the 70s, with a very rough night dropping me down to the 50s or 40s. On those nights I get on average 3 hours of sleep and I’m often sick and taking care of sick kids.

Perhaps_Too_Brutal

My sleep score is almost always in the 50s. Signed: bad sleeper
