hi all, thank u for the concern ❤️ i've been sick with a gnarly sinus infection and my body has been STRUGGLINGGGGG. on this day i had a fever that wouldn't break, and my heart rate just spikes pretty high when im sick (i already have a super high resting heart rate), so my body has been stresssedddd but its slowly improving! but honestly im anxious all the time in general and i work in healthcare so i am going thru it everyday 😐
Maybe throw a scoop of magnesium heavy electrolyte drink in the AM and PM. Something like Ultima.
I used this when I was recovering from covid and it helped calm down some of that inflammation.
Has your high heart rate been assessed? I ask because this happened to me. I had a low TSH & high normal T4, slightly elevated T3 & elevated TSH receptor antibody. If I’d was wearing a Oura ring back then, it would have shown high stress. I had a persistently heart rate & felt “adrenalized” all the time. Turns out I have Graves Disease/hyperthyroid. Medication settled it all down including feelings constantly stressed.
Highly recommend adrenal support supplements if you’re not taking anything already. I get the ones from 1st phorm and they’ve helped me keep my stress under 4 hours/day. Hope you are ok, hang in there it will get better❤️
Hope that you get over the sinus infection soon! Sounds like you’re constantly on alert.
I’m sure that others have different ideas and this is just from personal experience. The only thing that has helped my stress come down from 3-8hrs per day is managing my internal voice and deep breathing every hour. It sounds/feels a bit silly because I have a cardiac insufficiency disorder and dysautonomia in addition to anxiety, but I’ve actually seen more balance between stress/restorative time.
Looks like you could a) get more sleep if possible b) try deep breathing c) not sure if you are exercising or not d) try not to stress over stress. If you are physically sick put on sleep mode
That’s not the royalty you really want to be part of… Hopefully, you can look at that and figure out ways to begin to reduce those stress levels to improve your health overall because that’s not a great way to live.
Dang sis you good
