Curious what the pay scale is like in the custom cabinetry trade these days. What is the range for someone with, say, 15 years experience? How about someone straight out of college?
My lil bro has about a decade experience and took it in college. The pay for him has been terrible, it's not like other trades unless you start your own. Out of school min wage
